How do A.S.L recruit their staff?

All our staff registers on line, from the comfort of their home.

We interview all our candidates by telephone first. From this we can make sure candidates have the correct work skills and can communicate in English, which in any catering venue is paramount for Health & Safety reasons.

Our candidates` second interview is face to face at the venue or near the venue where we would like them to work. Through this interview process we will answer over 70 questions relating to their skills, character, and career history.

We can send an interviewer`s report of the candidate to the client, where we suggest that after the first interview with our candidate that they see there skills in action with a free trial shift.
